to establish a two year drug testing trial in three regions for 5000 new recipients of newstart allowance and youth allowance;
Farm Household Support Act 2014
to make consequential amendments; and
Farm Household Support Act 2014

to substitute references to the newstart allowance with references to the jobseeker payment following commencement of the
Social Services Legislation Amendment (Welfare Reform) Act 2018
